Terms and Conditions Governing Use of Corporate Cab Services Booking Services. |

1. The Customer agrees that these terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply when the customer contact CorpCab to utilize its Taxis Booking Services. |

2. The customer shall pay a prevailing booking fee for either current booking or advance booking in addition to the payment of the taxi fare any fee or levy now or hereafter imposed by the law or required to be paid in respect of any monies payable to or received or receivable by CorpCab or any expenses incurred by CorpCab hereunder (except to the extent prohibited by law). |

3. (a) corporate cab services shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or embarrassment suffered by any Customer in relation to or in respect of any instructions or operations effected by the customer or purported to be effected by the customer using its Taxis Booking services however caused including but not limited to the customer’s non compliance with the services’ recorded voice instructions and CorpCab inability to provide the services for any reason, including and without limitation, as a result of malfunction, partial or total failure of any terminal, data processing system or other circumstances whether or not beyond the controls of CorpCab or any organization involved in the above mentioned systems. |

(b) The customer shall not hold CorpCab liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by the customer as a result of any failure by CorpCab to provide a taxi to the customer within any stipulated time even if CorpCab has agreed to provide the taxis or even if the customer has advised CorpCab of the possibility that any such loss or damage would result if the taxis is not provided at all or within the stipulated time. |

4. The Customer undertakes with the CorpCab and agrees to indemnify CorpCab from and against and in respect of any or all liabilities, losses, charges and expenses (including legal fees and costs on full indemnity basis) claims, demands, actions and proceedings which CorpCab may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or any reason of or in relation to use or purposed use of Taxi Booking Services and shall pay such sums on demand. |

5. The Customer shall not hold CorpCab liable for the use of location based information provided by any of the telecommucation companies when the customer uses the mobile phone to make a taxi booking. The location based information will be used only to facilitate and improve the probability of locating a taxi for the customer. |

6. Corporate Cab Services may disclose to all companies within the CorpCab group of companies or any of its authorized drivers or any government body as so required by law or by directive or request from such government body or any third party, the particulars of the customer in possession of the Corpcab in any way as CorpCab, in its absolute discretion, deems fit or if it considers it in its |

7. Corporate Cab Services may at any time without giving any reason or prior notice terminate the use of the Taxi Booking Services by the Customer. |

8. Corporate Cab Services shall be entitled to add to, vary or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment are incorporated into these terms and conditions at CorpCab website at www.corporatecabs-ng.com or on the date CorpCab may indicate that such addition, variation or amendment is to come into effect. |

9. In these terms and conditions: |

(i) “CorpCab” means Corporate Cab Services Ltd. |
| |
(ii) “Customer” means a person who is a customer of Corporate Cab Services who contacts CorpCab Taxis to use its Taxi Booking Services. |

(iii) “Taxi Booking Services” means CorpCab automated taxi booking and dispatch services and other taxi booking services as may be determined by CorpCab from time to time.
(iv) Words importing the singular number include the feminine and neuter gender and references to any gender. |
